Premium Wear Works runs six core finishes — heavyweight knitting, garment washing, vintage fading, distressing, printing and oversized fit grading — all in our own mill, dye house and sewing floor. Pick one or combine them on a single style.
180–400 GSM jersey and fleece knitted in our own mill. Dense hand, clean drape, collars that hold.
Garment dye, acid, snow, stone and enzyme washes — controlled batch to batch in our dye house.
Sun fades, brushed surfaces and aged prints that look ten years old on day one.
Hand-distressed holes, raw edges and repairs — graded on a 1–5 scale and reinforced to last.
DTG, DTF, screen, puff and crackle prints, plus embroidery — tested to survive the wash.
Boxy, dropped-shoulder and cropped blocks, graded across an extended size range.
