Distressed T-Shirt Manufacturer
Premium Wear Works hand-distresses tees and hoodies to a graded 1–5 scale, with every hole, frayed edge and repair reinforced so the garment survives real wear. Built in our own sewing floor, sampled in 7 days, at low MOQ for small batches.
What Is Distressing?
Distressing is hand-applied damage — holes, frayed hems, raw-cut edges, visible repairs — added after the garment is finished. Unlike fabric that simply wears out, our distressing is graded and reinforced underneath so it holds up to real washing and wear.
How Distressed Should It Be?
| Look | Best For | |
|---|---|---|
| D1–D2 | Light fraying, small nicks | Subtle worn-in basics |
| D3 | Visible holes, frayed hem | Core streetwear graphic tees |
| D4–D5 | Heavy shredding, multiple repairs | Statement, archive-grade pieces |
How We Distress a Garment
Distress zones are marked against your reference — hems, seams, panels.
Holes, frays and cuts are applied by hand to your grade (D1–D5).
Stress points are reinforced underneath so the damage doesn't spread in the wash.
Each piece is checked against your grade and reference before packing.
