Heavyweight T-Shirt Manufacturer
Premium Wear Works knits 180–400 GSM jersey and fleece in our own mill, then dyes and sews it under one roof. We build heavyweight tees and hoodies with a dense hand and clean drape — sampled in 7 days, bulk-ready in 25, at low MOQ.
What Makes a Tee 'Heavyweight'?
Heavyweight knits start above 200 GSM — dense enough to hold a boxy shape, resist pilling and survive repeated washes without going thin. We knit it ourselves, so GSM, yarn count and finish stay consistent from your first sample to your tenth reorder.
How Heavy Should Your Tee Be?
| Typical GSM | Feel | |
|---|---|---|
| Light | 140–180 GSM | Soft, drapey, summer-weight |
| Mid | 180–240 GSM | Structured, everyday streetwear |
| Heavy | 240–400 GSM | Boxy, dense, holds print and wash well |
